Charlotte Reading Web Fall Festival

Saturday, October 8th, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Prosperity Park Clubhouse. Ages 3-6 *Must be potty trained! *Snack will be provided. $25 for the first child. $20 for the second child.

This awesome festival will keep your little readers and scientists busy all afternoon!  The students will participate in hands-on reading games and science projects. We will have a "Super Reader" theme for the event! The students will learn to use their super powers through reading games. One of the hands-on science projects includes making slime. The kids will work on their knowledge of letters, sounds, and sight words through reading games such as hopscotch, basketball, and the “Tricky Spider.” There will be lots of moving and exploring throughout the day!

"Please Pass the Peas" Youth Etiquette Class

Sunday, November 6th, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Prosperity Park Clubhouse. Just in time for the Holidays, have your children learn the do's and don'ts at the dinner table. This class is based on proper etiquette, setting the table, phone manners and so much more! Spaces are limited. Cost is $20 per child. Snack and drink will be provided. Click here to register.

Highland Creek Family Football Day

Come support the University of Charlotte 49ers as they take on the Golden Panthers of Florida International University at Jerry Richardson Stadium on Saturday, October 15th at 6:00 p.m.

Tickets will be available to purchase after August 12th at the Sports Club office for the discounted price of just $10 each. You must have your Highland Creek ID to purchase tickets. Exact change, check or debit/credit will be accepted. A 2.75% fee will be added to debit/credit transactions.

Holiday Bazaar

Registrations accepted on a first come first serve basis. Registration will open to non-residents beginning Monday, September 19th. Spaces are $20 NON-REFUNDABLE – exact cash or checks made payable to HCCA. We will only accept one vendor per company brand name and will limit the number of jewelry and skin care vendors. CPR/AED Certification Class

Saturday, November 5th, 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. at the Sports Club. $30 per participant. This course will cover adult, child and infant CPR/AED. Upon successful completion of class, each participant will receive a 2 year certification card. Click here to register

The Sports Club office is looking for a dependable, energetic person with good phone and communication skills to work part-time in a customer service oriented position.  Hours would be Wednesdays 4:30-8:30pm, Thursdays 10am-2pm, and one weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm). A Walk in the Woods - Bat-O-Ween

Saturday, October 15th at Prosperity Park Clubhouse.  Two sessions will be available, 10:00-10:45 a.m. (click here to register) and 11:00-11:45 a.m. (click here to register)

Learn about the benefits of bats. See live creepy crawlies including snakes, Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches, fancy mice, fuzzy tarantulas and a glowing African Emperor Scorpion. There are no tricks (nothing scary) in this batty program because it is a real TREAT!

This is a FREE event for 4-11 year olds.
