March 28th – April 14th – Queen Charlotte Fair at the Route 29 Pavilion.  Click here for information and tickets.

April 1st – Money Mondays, 6:00-7:30pm at The Wine Room, Afton Village, 5401 Village Drive, Concord.  Light bites and casual conversation.  Topic is Pensions from Your Past?  Hosted by Victory Wealth Management, Inc.  Questions:  Call 704-857-4924.

April 6th – “Bum Run” for Colon Cancer awareness, 7:30 – 9:30am.  The race will begin and end in Edison Square. The runners will be going through Highland Creek as well as Winding Walk.  Click here to register for race.

Monthly Parkinson’s Support Group – 3rd Tuesday of each month at 12pm in the community room at The Laurels * 6101 Clarke Creek Pkwy*  People with Parkinson’s face new challenges every day. While there’s still no cure, sharing your experiences can make each day a little easier. Alzheimer’s Association Monthly Support Group4th Wednesday of each month at 12pm in the community room at The Haven • 5920 McChesney Drive • Please join us and your neighbors as we share stories, encouragement, and advice on how to cope with the diagnosis. Our facilitator will guide the discussion, share information about area resources, and help participants connect with families who understand.  Light lunch will be provided.  For questions, or to RSVP, call 704-947-8050.
