Per the recent guidance from federal, state and local governments and to help protect the health and well being of our community, residents are asked not to use the playground equipment, basketball courts and tennis courts in the neighborhood.  For further reference, please see the following links regarding recent developments and guidelines:

Additionally, effective March 26th, restrooms at Prosperity Park will be closed and the Sports Club and fitness center will remain closed until further notice.  We encourage residents to adhere to the direction of city, state and local health departments and the Center for Disease Control.  Updates regarding use of amenities will be shared as new information becomes available.  Please be cautious and stay safe and healthy.

If you were registered for the 5K on March 14th, race shirts will be available for pickup after the Sports Club office reopens.

Garage Sale Registration

Registration is OPEN!  If we need to make the decision to cancel the Garage Sale, all registrants will receive a refund. 

The Garage sale will take place on May 16th, 7:00 – 11:00 a.m., at two locations: Christenbury Park (6213 Bell’s Mill Drive) AND University Child Development Center (6025 Clarke Creek Parkway) parking lots. You may only register for ONE space at ONE location. Garage sale spaces are $15 each.

Covenants Committee Member Needed

The Highland Creek Covenants Committee is seeking one volunteer to join their Committee.  The Committee serves as the Adjudicatory Panel for Highland Creek and meets monthly to conduct homeowner hearings.  The Committee meetings are the first Wednesday of each month at the Sports Club from  6:30 – 7:30 p.m.  All Committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors.  Any homeowner interested in becoming a Committee member or who would like additional information should contact board member, Ashley Lattin, at ashg11485@gmail.com.
