Explore paper art in a fun and new way! This craft project will include tie-dying paper using a special tissue paper and creating a beautiful scene for your design using quilling paper. Each crafter will be able to select a turtle or butterfly design and receive a wood picture board to decorate. All the materials will be included, you just need to bring your creativity! Highland Creek residents ONLY who are up to date on their HOA fees.
