Have you ever been using one of the HOA amenities and you notice something is broken or needs some preventative maintenance?  If so, please report that item.  It is a very simple process.

Maintenance requests are best submitted in the William Douglas Management homeowners  portal under work orders.

If you use the William Douglas app:

  1.  Open the app
  2. Click on the “Dashboard” button.
  3.  Scroll down and you’ll see a tab entitled “My Work Orders.”
  4. Click on the “Add Work Order” button.
  5. Submit the required information.  You have to be really specific.  Incredibly specific as to the location and description of the issue.  Also include a picture as an attachment.

 

If you use the William Douglas website/portal:

  1.  Sign into the website/portal as you normally would at: https://wdm.cincwebaxis.com/
  2.  Click on the “Dashboard” tab.
  3.  Scroll down and click on “Work orders.”
  4.  Click on the “Add Work Order” button.
  5. Submit the required information.  You have to be really specific.  Incredibly specific as to the location and description of the issue.  Also include a picture as an attachment.
