Have you ever been using one of the HOA amenities and you notice something is broken or needs some preventative maintenance? If so, please report that item. It is a very simple process.
Maintenance requests are best submitted in the William Douglas Management homeowners portal under work orders.
If you use the William Douglas app:
- Open the app
- Click on the “Dashboard” button.
- Scroll down and you’ll see a tab entitled “My Work Orders.”
- Click on the “Add Work Order” button.
- Submit the required information. You have to be really specific. Incredibly specific as to the location and description of the issue. Also include a picture as an attachment.
If you use the William Douglas website/portal:
- Sign into the website/portal as you normally would at: https://wdm.cincwebaxis.com/
- Click on the “Dashboard” tab.
- Scroll down and click on “Work orders.”
- Click on the “Add Work Order” button.
- Submit the required information. You have to be really specific. Incredibly specific as to the location and description of the issue. Also include a picture as an attachment.
