Article XII of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Highland Creek, as amended (Declaration) outlines homeowner Use Restrictions of their property. The attached document includes the Maintenance Rules and Regulations. The Maintenance Rules and Regulations were adopted to provide more clarity to homeowners of certain Sections of the Article XII Use Restrictions in the Declaration. These Maintenance Rules and Regulations supplement, and therefore, are to be read in conjunction with Article XII of the Declaration
From time to time, these Maintenance Rules and Regulations may be updated and/or modified. Any updates will be posted to this site.
