Article XII of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Highland Creek, as amended (Declaration) outlines homeowner use restrictions of their property. The attached document (pages 6-17) includes Article XII (with amendments) of the Declaration. Pages 1-5 of the attached use restriction document include the new Maintenance Rules and Regulations. The new Maintenance Rules and Regulations were adopted to provide more clarity to homeowners of certain Sections of the Article XII Use Restrictions in the Declaration. From time to time, these Maintenance Rules and Regulations may be updated and/or modified. Any updates will be posted to this site.
