CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR
Article IX, Section 3 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Highland Creek, provides that the Board may make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of the Properties. The purpose of these Common Area Rules and Regulations is to establish rules of conduct and behavior. These Common Area Rules and Regulations apply to the use and enjoyment of all Common Areas by all Owners and each of their respective household members, tenants, guests and invitees.
