If you have not downloaded the CLT+ app onto your phone, consider doing so now. CLT+ is a new way to interact with CharMeck 311, which serves as the customer contact center providing information and services for customers in the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
The CLT+ app has lots of great features you will find useful. For example:
- Schedule a bulk trash pickup
- Report a pothole
- Check your trash pickup day
- Report a building code violation
- Report an unkept lawn
- Request street light repair or request a new street light
- Pay your water bill online
- Report a stray animal
- Use the waste wizard to know how to dispose of items such as tree trimming, leaves, paint, etc.
- Report right of way sight obstructions
- Request residential traffic calming devices (aka speed bumps)
- Report needed street sign repair
- Report city drainage system blockage
- Request sidewalk repair
- Request dead animal collection
- Car blocking the sidewalk
You can also still dial 311 to speak with a live representative on the phone, request a service online or use the online chat function.
If you call Hawthorne/William Douglas about city/county services, you will be asked to call 311 instead.
Concord City Services:
If you have not downloaded the Concord Mobile Care app onto your phone, consider doing so now.
Concord Mobile Care is a free mobile app for the citizens of Concord. Citizens can create an account, log in, and report issues to the City. They can attach photos and notes right from their mobile phones. Issues are automatically converted to work requests and routed to the appropriate City departments for handling. Users can track the status of their issues and view notes entered by City employees responding to their requests.
The app has lots of great features you will find useful. For example, you can report:

- Manhole Rim/Lid Repair
- Sewer Odor Problem
