Highland Creek Clubhouse Facilities

Highland Creek has two nicely appointed clubhouses that are used on a regular basis for special events, community committee meetings and other community functions.

Our clubhouses are also available for Residents to rent for their own family and social gatherings. You MUST be a resident of Highland Creek and Association dues MUST be current in order to rent the clubhouses.  Clubhouses are rented on a first come first served basis.  We do not accept cash deposits, check or money order only.

Clubhouses cannot be used for any business, religious, charity or commercial purpose.

In lieu of the recent mask mandate in Mecklenburg County the Prosperity Park Clubhouse will be closed for rentals until the mask mandate has been lifted.
