Highland Creek Clubhouse Facilities

Highland Creek has two nicely appointed clubhouses that are used on a regular basis for special events, community committee meetings and other community functions.

Our clubhouses are also available for Residents to rent for their own family and social gatherings. You MUST be a resident of Highland Creek and Association dues MUST be current in order to rent the clubhouses.  Clubhouses are rented on a first come first served basis.  We do not accept cash deposits, check or money order only.  

Clubhouses cannot be used for any business, religious, charity or commercial purpose.

More About our Clubhouse Facilities

Our community clubhouses are used often. If you are planning an event or are a member of a recognized committee make sure that you have your reservation forms filled out properly. Our Sports Club Office staff manages the reservations for both the Prosperity Park Clubhouse and the Sports Club Facility. Please read the guidelines prior to stopping at the Sports Club Office to complete a contract.

PROSPERITY PARK CLUBHOUSE INTERIOR

Inside Prosperity

Located at 5710 Fairvista Drive – Prosperity Park Clubhouse holds approximately 50 people and has a kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator and outdoor restroom facilities. This facility is frequently used for committee and board meetings and is also designated for children’s camps and children’s events.

Located at 6616 Clarke Creek Parkway – The Sports Club Facility holds approximately 80 people and has a full kitchen, cable television access and a nicely decorated entertaining area. This facility is also used often for community meetings and adult events.

We strive to keep our clubhouses in optimal condition. Carpeting and furnishings are evaluated and replaced as needed and other critical maintenance is preformed regularly. Our clubhouse use policies are clearly defined in our rental agreement available at the Sports Club Office. Please remember that intentional abuse or damage caused to any property or amenity in Highland Creek may result in a suspension of privileges.
