Dear Fellow Highland Creek Neighbors,

If you live in a sub HOA please ignore this.

We need your help!  We are needlessly wasting our dues printing and mailing quarterly paper billing statements to homeowners.

If you are a homeowner who has a quarterly paper dues statement physically mailed to you, please follow the steps below to instead receive your statement via email.

If you use the William Douglas app (use the QR code to get the app):

  1. Click on the “Menu”
  2. Click on “My Profile”
  3. Click on “Billing Information”
  4. Move the button to “Receive eStatements”

Or, you can go online:

  1. Go to the William Douglas website:  https://wdm.cincwebaxis.com/
  2. Sign in
  3. Click on the “My Information” drop down menu
  4. Select “My Profile”
  5. Click on the “Communication” tab
  6. For “Statement Preference Type” indicate that you want to “Receive eStatements”
  7. While you are on that page, also make certain you have signed up for “Broadcast Emails”

If you have Technical Issues:

If you do not have a William Douglas account, you can “Register” for one in the app or the website.

If you do not remember your password, use the “Forgot Password” tool in the app or website.
