Those amendments are found in the latter part of the respective pdf file. This yellow highlight has been added to the Documents solely for reader ease, and therefore, Highland Creek Community Association, Inc or the Board of Directors makes no representation as to the accuracy of the highlighting. Also, this highlighting is not and should not be considered a formal part of the Documents and in no way modifies the Document.

Maintenance Rules and Regulations
Article XII of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Highland Creek, as amended (the “Declaration”), outlines the Use Restrictions applicable to homeowners and their property. To provide additional clarity and practical guidance regarding certain sections within Article XII, the Board has adopted supplemental Maintenance Rules and Regulations.
When reviewing Article XII of the Declaration, homeowners must also refer to these supplemental Maintenance Rules and Regulations, which must be read in conjunction with the Declaration, not as a replacement for it.
