MANAGER’S CORNER

While curb alerts seemed like a good idea in the beginning and provides a quick and easy way to get rid of unwanted items, it has grown into something that often leaves our community with many unsightly things throughout the neighborhood at the curb. Additionally, the placement of such items at the curb is not permitted by the restrictive covenants. For these reasons your Board of Directors requests that residents find other methods to rid of unwanted items. The Board desires to protect the beautification of Highland Creek and hopes residents will be understanding and respectful of this request. Some local charities you may want to consider and who are in need of such items are AMVETS (1-800-527-8387), Our Towns Habitat for Humanity (704-896-8957 x 204), Habitat for Humanity Charlotte (704-392-4495), National Kidney Service (888-899-3198), and AMVETS (800-527-8387).

Thank you for your help in protecting the value of our community and keeping it a beautiful place to live.
