Chair Yoga Classes – Classes will be held at the Sports Club every Monday from 12:00noon – 1:00pm. (The Thursday evening class has been cancelled until May.) Cost is $5 per class. No class March 25th.

Baby Boot Camp’s stroller-fitness classes combine strength-training exercises, cardiovascular drills, and core work in 60-minute sessions. The idea is to combine an effective workout for moms with engaging interaction for their stroller-age children, all the while providing a support system (the MomStrong Tribe) for women at this unique time of their lives.

Water Aerobics – Beginning June 4th, classes will be held at Prosperity Park pool Tuesday evenings 6:00-7:00pm through the end of July. $5/class if paid at first class; $6 on day of class (cash only).
