Limited spaces available!  Payment options:  Credit card payment through PayPal or Venmo.  Homeowners MUST be current with HOA dues AT TIME OF REGISTRATION in order to be granted a selling space.  If dues are not current at time of registration, the space will be given to another resident who is current on dues, should there be a wait list.  $15 per space, ONE space permitted per Highland Creek household.   Please note Highland Creek does not supply tables for the sale.  The Garage Sale is for residents to sell items they no longer have a need for.  This sale is NOT for commercial sales or craft items.
